We recruit, train and supply highly qualified and experienced Healthcare Professionals, Care Support Workers, Registered General Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Residential Nursing and Care Homes, Mental Health Clinics/ Institutions, Learning Disability Organisations, The NHS Hospitals and Trusts, and Local Authorities.
Having worked in Residential Care Homes and other care settings, and saw first-hand abuses in Care Homes, Adjoy Healthcare was formed with the aim of providing safeguarding, safety and well-being to every individual under our care.
Ultimately, we take a holistic approach in providing person-centred care to every individual we support either in the various care home locations we supply our staff, or at the private homes of our clients.
We work closely with your families, advocate, GP, social worker, and other stakeholders in your care to develop a care plan, which will determine the best care to match your choices, and preferences
